Considerando<\/b>\u00a0o que disp\u00f5e as regras edital\u00edcias constantes dos autos do\u00a0Preg\u00e3o Presencial SRP n\u00ba 001\/2019 –<\/b>\u00a0Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 086\/2019<\/b>, Lei Federal n\u00ba 10.520\/02 e Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, e, suas atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es posteriores;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Considerando<\/b>\u00a0que o resultado do julgamento do Preg\u00e3o Presencial SRP N\u00ba 001\/2019, publicado no di\u00e1rio oficial dos Munic\u00edpios do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte no dia 23 de abril de 2019, edi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 2.000,fora\u00a0INABILITADO<\/u><\/b>o licitante: L.R FREIRE-ME \u201cJB LOCA\u00c7\u00d5ES SERVI\u00c7OS\u201d, CNPJ: 18.089.600\/0001-33 por ter descumprindo os requisitos habilitat\u00f3rios constante do item n\u00ba 59.4.3 (Certid\u00e3o Estadual de Fal\u00eancia e\/ou Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial n\u00ba 002125209 emitida em 18\/02\/2019\u00a0VENCIDA<\/u><\/i><\/b>).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Considerando<\/b>que o licitante L.R FREIRE-ME \u201cJB LOCA\u00c7\u00d5ES SERVI\u00c7OS\u201d, CNPJ: 18.089.600\/0001-33,\u00a0<\/i>de forma extempor\u00e2nea protocolou, no Setor de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es na data de 25 de abril de 2019, Recurso contra sua inabilita\u00e7\u00e3o, embora a fase de recurso no preg\u00e3o seja UNA e s\u00f3 aconte\u00e7a ao final do certame, ap\u00f3s todos os procedimentos de fase de lances negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e declara\u00e7\u00e3o de vencedor, conforme consta no inciso XVIII, art 4\u00ba da Lei n\u00b0 10.520\/02; e,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Considerando<\/b>\u00a0todo o exposto fica aberto o prazo de contrarraz\u00f5es de tr\u00eas dias com espeque na al\u00ednea XVIII, art. 4\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 10520\/02 e aplicando-se subsidiariamente o \u00a7 1o, al\u00ednea \u201ca\u201d do art. 109 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93. Os autos est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis aos licitantes participantes, aos \u00d3rg\u00e3os de Controle Externo\/\u00d3rg\u00e3os Fiscalizadores e a sociedade.<\/p>\n
