Em conformidade com a Lei n\u00ba. 4.320\/64 reconhe\u00e7o a d\u00edvida no valor total de R$ 978,20 (novecentos e setenta e oito reais e vinte centavos), junto ao CONS\u00d3RCIO P\u00daBLICO INTERMUNICIPAL DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE \u2013 COPIRN, pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico, com sede \u00e0 Rua Dr. Abelardo Calafange, n\u00ba. 1828, Nova Descoberta, Natal\/RN, inscrito no CNPJ sob n.\u00ba 12.120.272\/0001-04, pelos servi\u00e7os prestados, sem a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de nenhum tipo de procedimento administrativo pr\u00e9vio:Nota Fiscal n\u00b0. 0000002902 – Valor a Pagar: R$ 438,20 (quatrocentos e trinta e oito reais e vinte centavos); Nota Fiscal n\u00b0. 0000003001 – Valor a Pagar: R$ 556,20 (quinhentos e cinquenta e seis reais e vinte centavos). Informo que o passivo foi reconhecido tendo em vista que, \u00e0 \u00e9poca, havia cr\u00e9dito or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio aprovado. Por equ\u00edvoco, n\u00e3o foi formalizado pr\u00e9vio procedimento administrativo, raz\u00e3o pela qual foi solicitada a emiss\u00e3o de empenho, que ter\u00e1 natureza de despesa com elemento de 3.3.90.93 – Indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es e Restitui\u00e7\u00f5es, em cumprimento \u00e0 Portaria Interministerial STN\/SOF n\u00ba. 163\/01 e a Lei n\u00ba. 4.320\/64.<\/p>\n
