Aos 08 (oito) <\/strong>dias do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o<\/strong> de 2022 (dois mil e vinte e dois)<\/strong> as 09:00 (nove)<\/strong> horas, a Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es do Munic\u00edpio Pedro Velho\/RN, composta pelos senhores Andr\u00e9 Rogerio Pol\u00edcia Mendes, bem como, a Equipe de Apoio constitu\u00edda pelos servidores: Leonice Cruz Felix Saraiva, e Marlybeth Da Silva Oliveira<\/strong>, reuniu-se para processar os trabalhos referente a licita\u00e7\u00e3o na modalidade de Tomada de Pre\u00e7o n\u00ba 002\/2021, <\/strong>que tem como objeto a PAVIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O EM PARALELEP\u00cdPEDO COM DRENAGEM SUPERFICIAL E SINALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O VERTICAL DE DIVERSAS RUAS NO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE PEDRO VELHO\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES CONTIDAS NO PROJETO B\u00c1SICO, ANEXO I DO EDITAL<\/strong>, no hor\u00e1rio marcado para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da sess\u00e3o, foi protocolado os envelopes contendo os \u201cDocumentos e Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e \u201cProposta de Pre\u00e7os\u201d, das empresas licitantes;<\/p>\n

Por motivo da Pandemia da Covid-19 que alterou a forma de trabalho em todos os setores da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, foi recomendado aos representantes das empresas licitantes que realizassem os protocolos dos documentos do referido certame para que fosse evitado aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es no Setor de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es desta Prefeitura. Atendendo a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o feita pela CPL, os mesmos protocolaram os envelopes e se ausentaram da sala de licita\u00e7\u00f5es. Foi avisado aos mesmos que logo que seja poss\u00edvel, ser\u00e1 publicado na imprensa oficial do munic\u00edpio a nova data e hor\u00e1rio para a continua\u00e7\u00e3o do certame. N\u00e3o havendo nada mais a tratar, o Presidente da CPL determinou o encerramento dos trabalhos, lavrando para tanto a presente ata que, depois de lida, foi assinada pelo Presidente e membros da Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
