DECRETO N.\u00ba 175\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

DECRETO PONTO FACULTATIVO, NO AMBITO DA ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O MUNICIPAL, EM VIRTUDE DA TRANSFERENCIA DAS COMEMERA\u00c7\u00d5ES ALUSIVIAS AO DIA DO SERVIDOR P\u00daBLICO. <\/strong><\/p>\n

A PREFEITA MUNICIPAL DE PEDRO VELHO<\/u><\/strong>, estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes s\u00e3o conferidas por Lei, e ainda.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que o Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, expediu Decreto n\u00ba 32.056\/2022, o qual transferiu o ponto facultativo do Dia do Servidor P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> finalmente, o poder-dever atribu\u00eddo aos gestores p\u00fablicos, na ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas necess\u00e1rias ao pleno funcionamento da m\u00e1quina estatal municipal,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica decretado ponto facultativo no dia 14 de novembro do ano corrente, no \u00e2mbito de toda administra\u00e7\u00e3o publica municipal, em virtude da transfer\u00eancia das comemora\u00e7\u00f5es alusivas ao dia do servidor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Excetuam-se os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidade de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os essenciais, cabendo aos seus dirigentes a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e o funcionamento dos referidos servi\u00e7os afetos \u00e0s respectivas \u00e1reas de compet\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
