O Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio de Pedro Velho\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, em conformidade com o Art. 74, inciso III, da Lei 14.133\/2021, vem atrav\u00e9s do presente,\u00a0RATIFICAR<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0AUTORIZAR<\/strong>\u00a0a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do objeto do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 144\/2024, de Inexigibilidade de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o nas conformidades do inciso VIII do Art. 72 da Lei 14.133\/2021 e em conson\u00e2ncia com o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do Art. 72 da Lei mencionada anteriormente,\u00a0DETERMINAR<\/strong>\u00a0a publica\u00e7\u00e3o em s\u00edtio eletr\u00f4nico oficial.\u00a0OBJETO:<\/strong>\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE ASSESSORIA JUR\u00cdDICA TRIBUT\u00c1RIA COM FOCO NA RECUPERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CR\u00c9DITOS DEVIDOS E N\u00c3O RECOLHIDOS PELAS INSTITUI\u00c7\u00d5ES FINANCEIRAS, CART\u00d3RIOS, LOT\u00c9RICAS, CORRESPONDENTES BANC\u00c1RIOS, CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O CIVIL, OPERADORAS DE TELEFONIA, PLANOS DE SA\u00daDE, EMPRESAS DO SIMPLES NACIONAL, CONCESSION\u00c1RIAS DE SERVI\u00c7OS P\u00daBLICOS E PRESTADORES DE SERVI\u00c7O EM GERAL.\u00a0<\/strong>EMPRESA:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0JACQUELINE DE PAULA BARBOSA SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 CNPJ:\u00a0<\/em>18.985.386\/0001-01,<\/em>\u00a0pelo\u00a0<\/em>VALOR GLOBAL<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0de\u00a0<\/em>20% (vinte por cento) do valor arrecadado<\/em>, por um per\u00edodo de 12 (doze) meses.<\/p>\n
