Ficam revogados os artigos 14 e 21 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 682, de 2024, que \u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre a Gest\u00e3o Democr\u00e1tica do Ensino P\u00fablico Municipal e estabelece crit\u00e9rios t\u00e9cnicos, de m\u00e9rito e de desempenho para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o ao cargo de Diretor Escolar para atua\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito das escolas municipais de Pedro Velho\/RN, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba. Os demais dispositivos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 682\/2024 permanecem inalterados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba.
