PROVID\u00caNCIAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE PEDRO VELHO, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 43, \u00a71\u00ba, inciso I, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 4.320, de 17 de mar\u00e7o de 1964, e na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual do exerc\u00edcio de 2025,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>DECRETA:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 1\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Fica aberto ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio de Pedro Velho\/RN, para o exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2025, um\u00a0<strong>Cr\u00e9dito Adicional Suplementar<\/strong>\u00a0no valor de\u00a0<strong>R$ 4.295.800,00<\/strong>\u00a0(quatro milh\u00f5es, duzentos e noventa e cinco mil e oitocentos reais), destinado ao refor\u00e7o das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias constantes do Anexo I deste Decreto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>O cr\u00e9dito de que trata o artigo anterior ser\u00e1 coberto com recursos provenientes de\u00a0<strong>excesso de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, apurado conforme demonstrativos da receita municipal, em conformidade com o art. 43, \u00a71\u00ba, inciso II, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 4.320\/64.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 3\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>As altera\u00e7\u00f5es decorrentes da abertura do cr\u00e9dito suplementar de que trata este Decreto ser\u00e3o incorporadas \u00e0s pe\u00e7as or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias do Munic\u00edpio, ajustando-se as demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis e financeiras pertinentes de acordo com o Anexo I.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 4\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com seus efeitos retroagindo a 01 de novembro de 2025, revogadas
