DISP\u00d5E SOBRE A CONVOCA\u00c7\u00c3O PARA REINTEGRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVIDORA EM CUMPRIMENTO \u00c0 DECIS\u00c3O JUDICIAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE PEDRO VELHO<\/strong>, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica do Munic\u00edpio,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a decis\u00e3o proferida pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, nos autos do Processo n\u00ba 0800509-10.2024.8.20.5114, que determinou a reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o da servidora ao cargo anteriormente ocupado;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a obrigatoriedade do cumprimento da ordem judicial, nos termos do Ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o da Segunda C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel;<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0Fica CONVOCADA a Sra.\u00a0MARIA DE LOURDES CRISTINA COSTA<\/strong>\u00a0para comparecer no dia\u00a023 de fevereiro de 2026<\/strong>, na\u00a0Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Pedro Velho\/RN<\/strong>, em hor\u00e1rio de expediente, a fim de proceder com sua reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o ao cargo de\u00a0Agente Comunit\u00e1ria de Sa\u00fade<\/strong>, em cumprimento \u00e0 decis\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0O n\u00e3o comparecimento na data estabelecida dever\u00e1 ser formalmente justificado junto \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
