O Prefeito Municipal de Pedro Velho\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e com fundamento no artigo 81, inciso I, da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 361\/2004 (Regime Jur\u00eddico dos Servidores P\u00fablicos do Munic\u00edpio),<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Conceder \u00e0 servidora KARINNE DE SOUZA MIRANDA, ocupante do cargo de Assistente Administrativo, matr\u00edcula n\u00ba 0000249, admitida em 01 de fevereiro de 2008, Licen\u00e7a por Motivo de Doen\u00e7a em Pessoa da Fam\u00edlia, pelo per\u00edodo de 30 (trinta) dias, com in\u00edcio em 02 de Mar\u00e7o de 2026 e t\u00e9rmino em 31 de Mar\u00e7o de 2026, conforme laudo m\u00e9dico apresentado.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba A concess\u00e3o da presente licen\u00e7a tem por finalidade permitir o acompanhamento e assist\u00eancia \u00e0 pessoa da fam\u00edlia da servidora, devidamente comprovada por atestado m\u00e9dico, nos termos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
